                ### 3. Client Obligations  
                You agree to:  
                ✅ Submit valid KYC documents (as required by HotForex Markets).  
                ✅ Maintain sufficient margin to avoid stop-outs.  
                ✅ Acknowledge that CFD trading risks total capital loss.  
                ✅ Pay 30% performance fees on net monthly profits (detailed in Section 4).

                ### 4. Performance Fees & Payouts  
                - 30% fee applies to net profits (after broker commissions, swaps, etc.).  
                - Fees are deducted monthly from your brokerage account.  
                - Withdrawals allowed only on amounts exceeding your initial deposit.
